"Santa Fe has a project for the province until 2030 and it is not a policy programme, it is from all the Santafesinos"

The Governor participated in the Congress of Provincial Economy organized by the Fundación Libertad in Rosario.

Viernes 26 de septiembre de 2014 Governor Antonio Bonfatti participated in Rosario, in the 10th Congress of Provincial Economy, which was held at the stock exchange, under the slogan: "Argentina 2015. The challenges of the next decade", organized by the Fundación Libertad.

"Santa Fe has a project for the province until 2030, and is not a policy programme, it is from all the Santafesinos, who remarked three dreams: social inclusion, an integrated territory and development economics", said the governor, who made a detailed analysis of the economic news of the province, and listed the actions that the provincial administration executes for the development of production.

Bonfatti also emphasized the need to "build confidence. The rules cannot be changed permanently. We appeal to far-reaching policies and this can be achieved if we learn to talk and listen to each other. No one has the lowdown; the Argentinians have to talk to reach an agreement."

Referring to the economic and productive issues, Bonfatti gave details of the productive policies, among which highlighted, the increase in the hectares raising rice, cotton and sugar cane.

Also, the Governor referred to fish farming, renewable energy projects, cattle raising in the North and the development of centres of genetics.

"We continue working on our promise to readjust all the industrial parks in the province," said Bonfatti to mention other State policies, and recalled that the provincial administration supports the industrial sector" to help them with infrastructure.

In another section of his presentation, the provincial leader analysed the projects on the realization of aqueducts, the creation of a gas company, and anticipated that there is a plan to grant lands for the timber industry".

"We continue supporting the sectors in crisis, with subsidy rates for dairy and livestock sectors", said the Governor. Then he highlighted the "fairs and commercial missions" carried out in recent months.

"We are working to promote the addition of value to production," said Bonfatti. He also pointed out the advantages that will bring to the province the new Agency of Science, Technology and Innovation.

"We have gathered entrepreneurs, scientists and researchers who have no links with the production; we need to add value and change the productive matrix of the province. The commodities are going through a complex time, and we believe that it will be for a long time; therefore, we have to appeal to add value", the Governor proposed.

"What we believe that is forever, it is not so, so we should appeal to create new things," said Bonfatti.

"Except for oil, we have the most varied resources and a wonderful province, where there is dialogue and we work together for a better Santa Fe," remarked Bonfatti.
