Lifschitz met with the Australian Ambassador in Rosario

In Rosario, the governor of Santa Fe, Miguel Lifschitz, received the protocol visit of the Australian Ambassador, Brett Hackett, with whom he exchanged information about the opportunity of cooperation in the agro-industry, the strengthening of trade and investment, and the academic/scientific contribution.

"I want to express my gratitude and admiration for the governor's reception. There are many opportunities to collaborate between Australia and the province of Santa Fe, especially in the educational sector and in agricultural industries. There are possibilities to sell agricultural machines to Australia, so I toured ExpoAgro, a very impressive exhibition," said the ambassador.

"We see also opportunities in training. In our country we have a very intelligent program with modules where companies can design systems and educational courses to train their employees for particular positions. There is a very strong and very good future between the province of Santa Fe and my country," he concluded.

In his turn, the Vice Ambassador of Australia, Peter Rennert, stated, "the most important approach discussed at the meeting with Governor Miguel Lifschitz was agriculture, we have so much in common and both sides can win a lot with this cooperation. That's why we have very specific plans to move forward, where we seek to include young people, the leaders of the future of the sector. "

Then he added: "We are interested also in thinking about how we can link people, not only through work or trade, but to people, from the perspective of exchange and tourism. For all this, the province of Santa Fe is very important to us. "
