"We also talked about issues related to water, agriculture and the partnership between the Netherlands, Rosario and Santa Fe," said the ambassador.
"Holland is a very small country but large in agriculture, where the water issue for us is fundamental to survive and we have a lot of competition about it. We want to cooperate with Rosario and Santa Fe on that subject," he concluded.
