Accompanying seven SMEs from Santa Fe, the Ministry of Production of the Province participated in Summer Fancy Food Show 2017, the food fair with the most added value in the United States held in New York.

Together with 3000 representatives from 90 countries, the Argentine delegation featured 25 exhibitors in a pavilion of 162 square meters where the Province of Santa Fe had an institutional stand next to SMEs. The companies were Crowie, San Ignacio, Lheritier, Nobelfoods, La Cumbre, Fidecal, and Deubel from Rosario, Sauce Viejo, San Carlos Centro, and San Jorge respectively.

In that space, meetings with potential buyers are held, as well as permanent tastings, contacts and products offering. In this regard, the provincial director of Export Promotion, Daniel Galaverna, said: "Participating in this fair is a very good way to promote our products with added value, which is what we are most interested in and a major policy of the management of Minister Luis Contigiani".
