The provincial director of the Cudaio, Martin Cuestas, pointed out that "the choice of our province as one of the venues for the diploma course has to do with an appreciation for the organizational structure and the achievements in donation in recent years".

The course, which lasted 4 weeks, previously included experiences in donation and transplantation in Buenos Aires.

The delegation was composed by officials and agents of the Chilean Ministry of Health (14 women and 6 men), from all regions of the neighboring country who work in specialized tasks in the field of donation and transplantation.
