On Tuesday, officials of the Ministry of production received a delegation of the People's Republic of China Embassy in Argentina, led by its economic and commercial attaché, Zhai Chengyu.

During the meeting, they appraised the potential of productive exchange between the two countries, giving priority to export products such as pork, vegetables and honey, as well as the increase in the share of exports of powdered milk to the Asian country.

The Executive Director of Santa Fe Agency of Investment and International Trade "Santa Fe Global", Débora Marini, said, “At the meeting we transmitted the potentialities of the productive sector in the province and the benefits of the promotion regime to settle in Santa Fe; in addition to the projects of investment in infrastructure that we have and the development of renewable energy".

The Undersecretary of Foreign Trade, Carlos Braga, added, "They came to know the productive structure of Santa Fe, the installed capacity and the projects of the provincial government to help companies in terms of the services that are provided for industries that want to install in the territory".

"The Chinese representatives pledged to continue evaluating and studying the potential of our province, with the aim of establishing productive ties that allows investments in the province," Braga ended.

In the meeting also participated the Secretary of Industry of the Ministry of Production, Emiliano Pietropaolo.
