The Santa Fe Global Agency’s Advisory Council meets to discuss its regulations in the city of Rosario.

The first meeting of the Santa Fe Global Agency’s Advisory Council was held in Rosario.  The agency is under the authority of the Ministry of Production, and during the meeting they analyzed the methodology and regulations of the body, and made a diagnosis of the current situation of provincial foreign trade.

The Undersecretary of Trade and President of Santa Fe Global, Carlos Braga, stressed: “The agency is a dynamic and innovative space, which aims to materialize foreign trade policies." “The idea is to reach more niches so that more SMEs can export and attain consolidation", he added.

On his part, the Executive Director of Santa Fe Global, Débora Mariani, said, "The main challenge for the Agency is, in the short term, to build a schedule for the rest of the year and next year in conjunction with the actors that are part of the Advisory Council. In this way we hope to position the entity like the one that attract investments from the private sector, both local and foreign, and that allows Santa Fe to take a leap in what concerns to internationalization," he added.

"We are looking for a value-added export province, ensuring quality beyond the volumes", concluded the official.

Members of the Advisory Council, the Secretary of Industry, Emiliano Pietropaolo; and representatives of the Chamber of Exporters of Rosario and the Chambers of Trade of Rafaela, Santa Fe, Rosario and from the northern area of Santa Fe.
