VISTO:

El Expediente EE-2025-00033808-APPSF-PE de la Plataforma de Gestión Digital -PGD- “TIMBÓ”, y los acuerdos prestados por la Asamblea Legislativa, mediante Resoluciones N° 1231 de fecha 25 de septiembre de 2025 y Nos 1287 a 1295 de fecha 27 de noviembre de 2025 por las cuales se aprueba la designación de Magistrados para las Circunscripciones Judiciales Nos 1, 2 y 5 y Fiscales Adjuntos del Ministerio Público de la Acusación de la Circunscripciones Judiciales Nos 4 y 5, conforme la propuesta elevada por el Poder Ejecutivo mediante los Mensajes N° 18 y N° 35 del año 2025;
